What you'll build along the way
Practical tools for your everyday work
The programme helps you build and test two routines, then decide what deserves a place in your business. Keeping one useful routine is a good result too.
Routines to build and test
Work through two everyday tasks, test the results and create a quality checklist and a manual fallback. Keep the routines that prove useful.
Reusable business brief
A short, approved description of your business, audience, tone and the claims AI must never invent. Paste it into any new chat.
Prompts to adapt and reuse
Daily prompts and a reusable five-part structure help you build your own library. Save the versions that work for your tasks, with notes on what to check.
Business AI rules
A plain-English working agreement: what information can be used, who reviews outputs, and when to stop and escalate.
An honest benefit check
A tracker that counts preparation, checking and correction time, so you know which routines are worth it rather than hoping they are.
Next month's plan
A prioritised plan for what to improve, an optional third workflow, and a playbook a colleague could pick up and follow.
The programme
Four stages. Thirty short days. Go at your own pace.

Audience and tone: existing customers; warm, clear and welcoming to complete beginners.
Boundaries: use only the supplied facts. Do not invent scarcity, discounts, a booking link or a deadline. If essential information is missing, ask me before drafting.
Output: one subject line and an email body of no more than 100 words.
Task · context · audience and tone · boundaries · output. Reuse the structure and adapt it to the task.
Illustrative response
“Before I draft this, where will the workshop take place, and how should customers request a place?”
Your check: confirm the venue and booking instructions before drafting. Then check the finished email against the supplied facts. A useful answer can be a question, rather than a guess.

Questions
Good to know before you start
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can write an email and copy and paste, you can do this. Everything is in plain English, and there's no coding, no integrations and nothing to install.
Which AI tool do I need?
The exercises use text-based chats rather than specialist features tied to one provider. Day 4 helps you choose an AI assistant and check its account settings and data-use terms. You can read the worked examples before choosing a tool.
Do I have to pay for an AI subscription?
No paid AI plan is required by the programme. The exercises are designed to work on free tiers, though each provider's limits vary. An AI account isn't included in the price.
How much time does it take?
Around 15–25 minutes per learning day, with a five-minute route for busy days. Review days let you catch up, and there's no deadline, so take longer than a month if that suits your business.
Will it save my business money?
Savings are not guaranteed. The programme shows you how to measure the real benefit, including time spent preparing, checking and correcting, so you can keep what helps and drop what does not.
Is my business information safe?
The interactive guide saves notes in your browser; they do not automatically sync between devices. Export a backup regularly and keep sensitive information out of your notes. Practise with the fictional examples first. Anything you paste into an online AI assistant is handled under that provider’s terms, which the programme shows you how to check.
How is this different from a consultant?
This is a self-guided programme: you choose the tasks, try the exercises and review the results. A consultant can offer tailored diagnosis, feedback and implementation support. Personal consultancy and done-for-you implementation are not included in this pack.
What format is it, and does it work on my phone?
You get an instant download containing the interactive guide, PDFs, a Word toolkit and an Excel tracker. A laptop or desktop browser is best for the interactive guide. On a phone, the PDFs are the easiest way in.
How do I open the download?
Download the ZIP file and extract it into a folder. Read the Start Here instructions, then open index.html in your browser for the interactive guide. You can also read the PDFs or open the editable templates in compatible document and spreadsheet software.
Start with one small task tomorrow.
Begin with a useful task, build your confidence and keep a record of what works. Thirty learning days, with room to go at your own pace.
Examples in the programme are fictional illustrations. Results, time savings and cost benefits are not guaranteed. This is practical education, not legal, financial or other specialist advice. AI tools are provided by third parties under their own terms.
